At The Black Butterfly Event Venue, we offer pricing to suit your needs. Whether you're planning a small wedding, birthday party, or community event, we have options for you. Our pricing is designed to be affordable while still providing everything you need for a successful event.
Main Room (Room #1- May be used for all events)
5 Hour Rental: $500 ($100 per hour each additional hour)
Full Day Rental :
$600 Monday through Thursday (10 am to 10 pm)
$900 Friday through Sunday (10 am to 10 pm Sunday, 11 pm Friday and Saturday)
Children's Room (Room #2 May be used for Children's Events and Parties/Baby Showers)
5 Hour Rental: $500
Full Day Rental: $600 for the full day (Noon to 8 PM)
***OPERATING HOURS MAY DIFFER ON HOLIDAYS**
**ALL BOOKED TIME INCLUDES SET UP, EVENT, AND CLEAN UP**
**WE DO NOT ALLOW EARLY ENTRY OR DAY BEFORE SET UP**
**ALL EVENTS ARE TO BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD**
